Radisson unveils 2025 Responsible Business Report

Radisson Hotel Group has released its 2025 Responsible Business Report, showcasing significant strides in sustainability, including the launch of its first Verified Net Zero hotels. The report outlines the Group's commitment to achieving Net Zero by 2050, focusing on energy efficiency, electrification, and renewable energy across its global operations.

The report highlights the Group's strategic direction amidst evolving guest expectations and climate risks. A key achievement in 2025 was the opening of Verified Net Zero hotels in Manchester City Centre and Oslo City Centre, setting a precedent for reducing emissions in both existing and new properties. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to embed sustainability into the Group's operations and decision-making processes.

Radisson's "Think People, Think Community, and Think Planet" pillars are central to its sustainability efforts. The Group has invested in talent development, achieving an 84% team member engagement score and increasing the percentage of women in leadership roles to 31%. Additionally, the Radisson People Foundation supported over 250 team members globally.

Community initiatives include a partnership with Just a Drop, providing clean water to over 34,000 people, and $940,000 (€890,000) in donations. The Group also received an EcoVadis Silver Medal for responsible sourcing practices.

On the environmental front, Radisson achieved a 23% reduction in emissions intensity per square metre compared to 2019, with 78 hotels now operating on 100% renewable electricity. The report aligns with the European Union’s Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs, underscoring Radisson's commitment to transparency and accountability in its sustainability journey
