The Pokémon Company is set to launch an exciting campaign in Singapore, featuring the Pokémon Lorry in collaboration with Nintendo Switch 2. From 5 March to 4 June 2026, this vibrant 24-foot LED lorry will tour high-traffic malls across the island, offering fans a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of Pokémon Pokopia, a new life simulation game for the Nintendo Switch 2.
The Pokémon Lorry, equipped with five interactive gaming stations, invites players to explore Pokémon Pokopia, where they can shape their world and build a new life with Pokémon. Each station includes a Nintendo Switch 2 console and comfortable seating, with on-site staff available to assist newcomers to the game. Beyond gaming, the lorry's event area will host special Pikachu appearances, a family-friendly colouring zone, and a themed photo booth, creating a complete Pokémon experience.
Shin Kato, Director of Asia PR Marketing at The Pokémon Company, expressed enthusiasm for the event, stating, “We are delighted to bring the world of Pokémon Pokopia beyond the screen and into real life through the Pokémon Lorry.”
The lorry will circulate city areas from Tuesday to Thursday and anchor at selected locations from Friday to Sunday, including Bugis+, Bugis Junction, Chinatown Point, and VivoCity. Additional demo stations will be available at Kallang Wave Mall and *SCAPE Singapore from 5 to 8 March, offering exclusive event postcards for visitors.
