Ellenborough Park, a luxury hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds, has announced the appointment of Gareth Davies as its new General Manager, effective 6 January 2026. With a career spanning over 15 years in luxury hospitality, Davies is set to oversee all operations at the hotel, including its award-winning spa, fine dining, and accommodation offerings.

Davies joins Ellenborough Park from Rhinefield House, where he successfully led operations and enhanced service standards. His extensive experience includes senior management roles at renowned properties such as Stanbrook Abbey Hotel and New Hall Hotel and Spa. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Davies aims to deliver exceptional guest experiences and bring a fresh perspective to the hotel's dedicated team.

The appointment coincides with Ellenborough Park's upcoming 15th anniversary, marking an exciting period for the hotel.
