Banyan Group reports 25% revenue rise in FY25

Banyan Tree Holdings Limited has announced a robust financial performance for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2025, with a 25% increase in revenue to S$477.4 million. This growth was primarily driven by the Residences segment, which saw its revenue nearly double to S$197.6 million. The company also reported a 59% rise in Core Operating Profit, reaching S$109.8 million.

Banyan Group's portfolio now includes 100 hotels and resorts, over 140 spas and galleries, and more than 20 branded residences across 20 countries. Notable developments in FY25 included the opening of the Mandai Rainforest Resort in Singapore and the launch of Banyan Tree Padilla Madrid Residences, marking the Group's first residential project in Europe.
