ATLANTIC Hotels has announced an expansion of its strategic partnership with IDeaS, a leading provider of AI-powered hospitality revenue management software, to support the launch of its flagship property, ATLANTIC Hotel Frankfurt/Main, set to open in summer 2026. This collaboration aims to leverage advanced revenue management solutions to navigate the competitive German hotel market.
The new Frankfurt hotel, a 4-star superior property, will feature 373 rooms and suites across 20 floors of the Sparda-Bank Tower. With seven conference rooms and a direct link to the Messe Frankfurt trade fair, the hotel is strategically positioned to attract business and event-driven demand. The implementation of IDeaS’ G3 RMS solution will enable ATLANTIC Hotels to make data-driven pricing and inventory decisions, enhancing forecasting accuracy and revenue outcomes.
Peter Gärtner, Director of Revenue at ATLANTIC Hotels, emphasised the importance of having a robust revenue management system in place from the outset. "The Frankfurt market is highly competitive, and the trust built from our continued collaboration with IDeaS gives us confidence that we are well positioned from day one," he stated.
Michael McCartan, Area Vice President, EMEA, at IDeaS, highlighted the ongoing relationship with ATLANTIC Hotels, noting, "Our shared success with the group is a strong example of how we’re well equipped to support sophisticated regional hotel groups as they grow."
The partnership marks a significant step in ATLANTIC Hotels’ development strategy, ensuring a strong market entry and sustained commercial success for its new Frankfurt property
